Starting a business?

Most small business owners believe starting a business is as simple as filing the appropriate documents with the State and obtaining a taxpayer identification number from the Internal Revenue Service. This is only the beginning... Small business owners often fail to create their own operating agreements, partnership agreements, or corporate bylaws; and, as a result, plant the seeds for litigation in the future. Beginning a business is a life achievement, do not let your dreams and goals turn into nightmares and failed opportunities because you did not properly form your business. Often, business partnerships and relationships turn for the worse because the rules were never established from the beginning.
